TALCES

TALCES JV, LLC (TALCES) is a joint venture between Talarik Research & Restoration Services, LLC (TAL), a Subsidiary of Alaska Peninsula Corporation, and Crawford Environmental Services, LLC (CES). We are an Alaska Native Corporation owned environmental firm. Through its combined experience, TALCES has extensive environmental consulting and remediation experience. APC’s extensive financial resources, solid corporate management and technology base, steady growth, and combined workforce.

TALCES has extensive experience in a wide range of Remediation Services, Engineering/Design and Environmental Emergency Response. Our depth of personnel, resources and management tools enable us to be cost-effective, responsive, innovative and results-focused. We have a proven safety program that has successfully delivered work to our clients, demonstrated by exceptional safety statistics below industry standard. We have remediation capabilities with contaminated soil and groundwater, debris disposal, drum characterization and transport, and contaminated media disposal from remote DoD locations. Experience includes standard petroleum remediation such as bioventing, excavation and disposal (dig and haul), soil vapor extraction, air sparging, carbon absorption and monitored natural attenuation. Soil remediation involving polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and petroleum contamination includes characterization and excavation, operation and maintenance of passive ventilated biocells, and landfarming to meet cleanup criteria. Groundwater remediation experience includes long-term monitoring with evaluation of natural attenuation remedies and use of Oxygen Release Compound (ORC®) to treat contaminated groundwater migrating into salmon-bearing rivers.
