Alaska Peninsula Corporation Acquires Yukon Electric Inc.

Anchorage, AK – Alaska Business Monthly – August 15, 2016 – Alaska Peninsula Corporation (APC) is pleased to announce it recently acquired Yukon Electric, Inc. (YEI). YEI is a company with a record of success that works primarily on Department of Transportation projects such as street and traffic lighting. APC finalized the purchase of YEI, its newest wholly owned subsidiary, in August 2016. Founded in 1998, YEI is an Alaska company that has provided services throughout the state for nearly two decades. YEI is based in Anchorage and has a second location in Deadhorse.
